Gokhan Pamukcuoglu holds a BA degree in Economics from Marmara University in Istanbul and received an Executive MBA degree from Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, UK.

He started with his 18 years banking career in Turkey as a corporate banking MT at Finansbank AS and held various positions in corporate banking, credits, trade & commodity finance, FI and forfaiting in Germany, the Netherlands, the Russian Federation and finally in Ukraine, until 2010 in Finansbank (Holland)NV group (later Credit Europe Bank NV). Pamukcuoglu headed Corporate Banking, Credits and SME Banking divisions of the subsidiary bank in Ukraine holding the Assistant General Manager and the Founding Board Member titles between 2007 and 2010.

In 2010 he joined Akbank T.A.S. in Istanbul as the Global Head of Financial Institutions (S.V.P) of International Banking Division and supervised Correspondent Banking, FI Credits and International Business Development departments. Since March 2015, he has been working in Corporate Finance Advisory Business, with a heavy focus on debt raising.

During his career he built strong experience and expertise in corporate banking, trade and commodity finance, forfaiting, relationship management, credit risk, business and product development, transactional banking, cash management, structured borrowings and fully equipped with sales and lending skills with a prudent risk approach. He is fluent in English, German and Russian.

Sabri Sipahi has a Chemical Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University. Starting his career in Banking, working for Finansbank A.S. in Turkey within the corporate banking and cash management field, Mr. Sipahi continued his career in the structured trade and commodity finance fields for 12 years working in 4 different countries (Turkey, Germany, Netherlands, U.A.E.) for Finansbank (Holland) N.V. and Credit Europe Bank N.V.

In 2008 Mr. Sipahi left his post as V.P. (Head of Metals and Mining) at Credit Europe Bank N.V. in Amsterdam and moved to Dubai as one of the founding members of Credit Europe Bank (Dubai) Ltd as Deputy General Manager – Head of Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions.

In 2011 he joined Norecom, an international commodity trading company, as Group CFO where he was first in charge of finance, but later on took the responsibility of business development and trading.

In July 2014 Sabri Sipahi joined WTS Group as Global Head of Commercial Activities dealing with vast customer network worldwide facilitating the trade of diverse commodities up until February 2017, when he founded Trade House.

Trade House is a trading company, providing supply chain solutions in the sphere of commodity trade.

He’s expert in International Trade, Structured Trade & Commodity Finance, Banking, Corporate Structuring and Start-ups. He’s fluent in English, German and Dutch.

Berk Yalçın holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a M.B.A in Marketing from Marmara University.

During his 16 years of banking experience at various levels, Berk was based in Turkey, Germany, Ukraine and The Netherlands.

Until mid 2006 Berk held various positions in corporate banking, credits and trade & commodity finance with Finansbank (Holland) NV group.

After joining the BNP Paribas group of companies Berk was the director responsible for the trade & commodity finance as well as financial institutions departments at The Economy Bank N.V in The Netherland until 2014

From mid 2014 Berk started his entrepreneur and advisory carrier and currently holds managerial positions in commodity trade, luxury consumer products distribution, office space management companies and some IT/web based and agricultural start-ups.

He has extensive experience in Structured Trade & Commodity Finance, International Trade, Corporate Structuring and Start-ups. He is fluent in English, German and Dutch.
